How to Manage Staff Training at Two Point Hospital

Staff can be trained using the Start Training feature, which will allow your employees to learn new skills or improve existing ones.

A higher level employee will have more skill slots to choose from. Every employee should be given proper space, so an office should be set up to facilitate this.

You can choose the employee you want to train; otherwise, employees volunteer to train when they are ready.

To start training, you must send the employee you want to train to the training room.

The number of trainee desks placed in a room determines how many employees can be trained at the same time.

Personnel in any profession can be trained in their particular skill, whether they be a janitor, a nurse, or a doctor.

Whatever skill an employee needs to be taught, there must be an instructor who can teach that skill.

The trainer may be an existing employee who has the skill to be trained, or if no employee already has the skill, then a guest trainer must be hired; they cost a lot.

With this qualification, you can use the MEGA Scanner and expand your diagnostic capabilities with an X-ray. This is an extremely useful skill for diagnostically inclined physicians.

Genetics
